Meditation Practice - Meditation practice, is exactly that, a practice. It's not about doing it perfectly or getting it right. Meditation is simply about developing the skill of focus and becoming aware of the subtle cues your body and mind are communicating. By giving yourself time to be still and observe your mind and body system a great sense of calmness, connection and growth can be experienced.
Mindset Skills - the ability to self-regulate our state of mind is critical for performance and engaging in life with passion, enthusiasm and a true sense of freedom. Our state of mind is the lens we see our world through, to perform at your best having the skill to regulate your state during stressful moments and recognise when your behaviour is not in alignment with your goals. Being able to regulate your state will allow a greater connection to those people around you, fostering relationships and removing unnecessary interpersonal challenges.

Movement practice is about feeling great physically and mentally. It is well known that our bodies and minds need movement to operate effectively. The movement sessions are designed to leave your body feeling fresh+free, energised+enthusiastic, strong+subtle.
- Flexibility + Mobility - full body and site specific videos targeting key areas helping your body feel great.
- Strength - Full body strengthening with minimal to no equipment.
- Vinyasa Yoga - These sessions are for everyone and any level of experience. These are a union of mind, body and breath training.

- Pilates Full Body - These sessions are created to build length and strength to the muscles at the same time improving posture and imbalances.

Breath is both a trigger and a response. In both cases, it contributes to our state of mind and physical potential at any given moment. As soon as you start to practice functional breathing patterns you will notice positive change. Continuing to practice and develop breathing skills for specific outcomes is an invaluable tool for performance in life and in sports.

Performance Breathing for Combat Sport Athletes - How we breath directly affects the quality of our thinking, choices and behaviour at any given time. In the cage where quick recovery and quality decisions are advantageous, breath skills are a must have tool at your disposal.
Performance Breathing for Adventure Athletes - A sport where fitness, quality decision making, state control and altitude (low oxygen) all comes together. Altitude simulation training creates the opportunity to improve on all of these leading up to your next adventure.
Focus Powerfully - The quality of our output is directly comparable to our ability to focus on a task. With ADHD on the rise, mobile phones and other distractions it is of great use to develop powerful focus. Our breathing can set your mind up to focus intently for longer durations.

Deep Relaxation - We are only as fit as our ability to recover from a given stimulus. Being busy and proactive is the norm these days. This is great but can lead to burn out or lower performance. The restorative benefits of deep relaxation are well known. Learn breathing techniques that support deep relaxation.
Functional Breathing Check In - How we breath triggers actions systematically throughout our body and mind. It is possible they way you are breathing right now is a cause of anxiety or poor sleep or lack of focus. Function breathing is basic and very powerful.
The Ancient Practice of Yoga Pranayama - These are the techniques taught for possibly up to 5000 years. In this series these techniques are taught traditionally as a yogic practice. It is a combined meditation and breath training practice.

This program is designed to guide people to create clarity, congruency and conviction to live the life they desire. This course takes an integrative approach guiding and educating the participants through Mindset training to create clarity on exactly what it is holding them back, driving them forward and what they desire to create. With this new clarity, you will create action steps, a plan to follow. (Module 1)
The next step is to create a set of routines and habits that will support you to act out your action plan to create the life change you desire. This is where you will dive into the mindset, meditation, movement and breathwork training developing a supportive routine for your success. These powerful psychophysiological activities are powerful triggers for you to stay focused, on track and to help put you back on track when it gets challenging. Here you will be aiming to act out your plan successfully and analyse what is working best for you and amplify those strategies. It is wild how when you start to have genuine fulfilling progress you don’t really hear the doubt or doubters anymore and you will feel a strong sense of momentum and narrowing focus on what you really care about. (Module 2)
Then coming to the end of the program you will finish by starting again and repeating the first stage to refocus and replan, as now you will most likely have set new goals and are working on things you thought were only dreams.
Summit STAR - is a simple process that radically amplifies what you put in and get out of life. The reality is this is an ongoing repeating process, that you will refine and define each time, amplifying your effectiveness ongoing. (Module 3)
