Breathing For Better Performance & Quality Of Life

An integration of modern science-based techniques (Oxygen Advantage) and ancient yogic pranayama for breathing mastery.

Leigh was born with severe asthma and damaged lungs, spending much of his youth in and out of hospitals and reliant on nebulizers.

By age 13, frustrated with ineffective medication, he took control, focusing on staying calm and centered to manage symptoms on his own. His journey deepened at 18 with meditation and breathwork, where he discovered the powerful link between lung function and overall body systems.

Since then, Leigh has become a Master Scuba Trainer, an in-water emergency response instructor with over 3,000 dives, a trained freediver reaching depths of 42 meters without fins, and an ultra-endurance athlete. Recently, his alpine trekking experiences have expanded his knowledge of high-altitude effects on the body. Leigh is now a Certified Advanced Instructor in Oxygen Advantage and Pranayama teacher, bringing decades of personal and professional breathing expertise to his workshops.
